The Situation

A number of self-standing partnerships under one brand, operating very differently across borders, with varying levels of performance, differing brand images, and occasionally competing against each other to win business in the region.

The Challenge

Facilitate a major shift to unite the multiple territories businesses into a single partnership, able to harness business opportunities and perform strongly in their international market.

Manage sensitivities across the multiple 8 businesses – from differing pay structures to significant cultural differences to differing sector and client focuses.

Fresh, engaging, enjoyable style and a compelling force to build team cohesion, a shared strategic focus and commitment to making significant changes.

Regular 1:1 and group sessions across every country with every Partner, chairing of Territory senior partner meetings and facilitated workshops to manage progress from initial discussion to a robust business network model.

Outcome

A strong partnership acting as a single brand and an integrated territory - working with a sense of positivity, optimism and momentum.
Partners across all territories united behind new network partnership arrangements, with over 90% of Partners voting in favour.

The Situation

Multiple teams within this complex organisations operating in silos, without a strong sense of shared purpose.

New Executive level management allowed a fresh approach to the organisation.

Our Approach

Design, develop and facilitate strategy, planning, organisational development and change processes and workshops to develop a strong commitment to shared goals and a team approach to building capacity.

Workshops ranged from People Strategy to customer service and change management, and included quarterly Executive strategy workshops over 2 years.
