James Roger is an experienced business executive with a passion for working with people to achieve business outcomes.

James trained in Sydney as a Chartered Accountant and has subsequently worked across Australia, Europe and America in the fields of accounting, finance, private equity and management consulting. Most recently James was a Partner of an accounting firm then the Group CFO of large private business.

Having both worked at the highest level of both professional services firms and in commerce, James has a solid commercial base with which to work with organisations and executives to achieve tangible business outcomes. 

Away from work James enjoys cycling and watching his 3 sons play cricket and rugby
