Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in enhancing individual and corporate performance. Jennifer is passionate about people and through strong facilitation and coaching skills she enables individuals and teams to realise their potential.
Jennifer has extensive experience working across private and public sectors to lift leadership capability and embed optimal behaviours. She has worked with boards, senior executives and at a team level to drive high-performance and deliver tangible results.
Jennifer has coached individuals and teams to become high-performing, helped leaders to build employee capability and engagement, guided executives through career transitions and development, enabled emerging leaders and guided teams to set strategic direction and implementation for organisational change.

Jennifer holds a degree in Behavioural Science (B App Sc OT University Sydney) and a post graduate diploma in human factors at work. (Grad Dip Safety Sc UNSW). She is also an Accredited Practitioner in the MBTI, MRG Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Human Synergistics LSI/GSI 360-degree feedback tools.
