Susan brings extensive experience across State Government, regional governance, professional associations and social enterprises. With a track record of achievement in strategy, governance, policy setting, regional planning, information sharing, operating model and service design, operations, stakeholder and employee engagement, program and change management and benefits realisation.

Recent consulting engagements include:

• Collaborative design of a Circular Economy vision, principles, design, ambition and roadmap for Sydney Water engaging with leaders from across the organisation.
• Detailed strategy, business and operating models and implementation roadmap for UNSW Ageing Futures Institute working with the Executive team to bridge the gap between university research and implementation.
• Strategy and change specialist for literature review to inform Victorian Government Circular Economy Policy.
• Advice on business and operating model design to realise renewed strategy for a major Victorian TAFE.
• Advice on operating model and governance frameworks for an international professional membership association.
